LIMITED (NON-EXCLUSIVE) BEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Licensor / Rights Holder:

Michael G. Case Jr., the sole legal owner of the intellectual property licensed herein, doing business as and

through Case Music Group, and professionally known as Case Music.

Grant of Rights (Limited / Non-Exclusive License):

Upon full payment, Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any

instrumental purchased from Case Music Group for the creation of one (1) new musical composition (“Master

Recording”). The beat may be licensed to other parties at Licensor’s discretion.

Usage Limitations:

This license permits distribution of the Master Recording up to 100,000 total streams across all platforms. Use in

film, television, advertisements, video games, or major label releases is not permitted without written

authorization.

Ownership:

All underlying musical compositions are authored by Case Music and remain the sole intellectual property of

Michael G. Case Jr., administered and published by Case Music Group. Ownership of the beat itself is not

transferred.

Producer Credit (Mandatory):

All public releases, metadata, descriptions, and liner notes must credit the producer as:

Royalties & Publishing:

Licensee retains 100% of artist royalties from the Master Recording. Licensor retains all writer and publishing

rights in the underlying composition unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceeding usage limits or breach of this Agreement results in automatic termination and revocation of rights.

Governing Law:
